
At the end of March, the Culinary and Horticulture sections met jointly to discuss and taste the 2011 Herb of the Year, Horseradish. Interesting horticultural information about Horseradish is accessible on the Herb Society of America website, www.herbsociety.org. Members sampled a variety of horseradish recipes at the meeting.
