The Culinary Department will celebrate both longstanding and new products during our 74th Herb Fair.  Joining legacy favorites such as Chicken Medley, Dilly Dip and Herbes de Provence are newer blends, including Za’atar, Savory Stuffing Blend, Quinoa Red Lentil Pilaf and several soup combinations.  Many of our blends have been carefully scrutinized and updated to reflect current culinary and dietary trends, while still maintaining the elements that make them popular.  Expect a wide assortment of culinary herbs from the Western Reserve Herb Society garden at CBG, nurtured from planting through harvest by our culinary herb gardeners, and specially packaged for the Herb Fair.

Remember, all of our custom culinary items also make unique gifts and are not readily available elsewhere.  They are beautifully packaged and will add a special touch to your cooking or the cooking of others.
