The Culinary Department will celebrate both longstanding and new products during our 73rd Herb Fair. Joining legacy favorites such as Chicken Medley and Dilly Dip are newer blends including Za’atar, Quinoa Red Lentil Pilaf and several soup blends. Many of our blends have been carefully scrutinized and updated to reflect current culinary and dietary trends, all the while maintaining the elements that have created their popularity. Expect the wide assortment of culinary herbs from the Herb Garden, nurtured from growth through harvesting, and specially packaged for the Herb Fair.
