Official College Transcripts for all Colleges Attended

Arrange with your college’s Office of the Registrar/Registration & Records to send your official transcript to scholarship@westernreserveherbsociety.org.

If your college does not have an electronic official transcript pathway, ask the college to mail the official transcript to:

Letter of Recommendation

Forward one (1) letter of recommendation from an instructor via email. Your name must appear in the subject line of the recommendation forwarded to scholarship@westernreserveherbsociety.org.

Personal Essay #1

In your first essay, discuss your qualifications for this merit scholarship and what you are doing to achieve your educational goals.

Your name, along with “Personal Essay #1,” should appear in the headline of the essay.

Personal Essay #2

In your second essay, describe your career and personal goals following graduation based upon your academic major. With respect to the mission of the Western Reserve Herb Society, how do you propose to use your education, talents and ambition to improve public horticulture?
