There are four identical quadrants surrounding the central Knot Garden that complete the Fragrance Garden. The plants are formal in design and delicate in color. All plants located here are particularly selected for their fragrance.
The Sweet Bay Magnolia trees and boxwood shrubs have a fragrance of their own that compliments the fragrances of the peonies, roses, lavender and other plants that are duplicated in each of the four quadrants.
