What Are Plant Sciences College Majors?

The focus of our horticulture scholarships has expanded beyond one single program into new and emerging disciplines, many of which are collectively referred to as “plant sciences.”

But what exactly is a plant sciences college major or a horticulture-related bachelor’s program?

Below is a list of various majors in Ohio and across the United States that we consider plant sciences for the purposes of awarding our scholarships.
