Pat’s Secret Rosemary Punch

Ingredients

4 tablespoons crushed rosemary
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 cup fresh lime juice
8 ounces Apricot nectar
1 liter ginger ale

Instructions

Mix together crushed rosemary, 1/2 cup water, and 3 tablespoons sugar, heat stirring until sugar melts.

Remove from heat and cool.  Strain to remove crushed rosemary.

Add: the 1/2 cup fresh lime juice, 8 ounces of Apricot nectar, and 1 liter of ginger ale.

Serve cold.
