Slaw Dip

Serve with Triscuits, Fritos, or any cracker. Also, great on a baked potato!

Ingredients

1 pound Swiss Cheese, coarsely shredded (I use my food processor)
1 bunch green onions with tops, chopped
1/2 cup mild banana peppers, chopped
1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (I use Mt. Olive Brand found in the Pickle isle at grocery store)
small amount of both garlic and onion salt
Mayonnaise (NOT SALAD DRESSING)

Instructions

Combine the Swiss cheese, green onions, banana peppers, and jalapeno peppers in a bowl.

Add enough mayo to bind and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours to allow the flavors to blend
