Cook zucchini and onion in a little water for 5 minutes, Do Not Drain
Combine soup, sour cream, and carrots
Fold zucchini and onion mixture into soup mixture
Mix dry Stove Top Stuffing mix, including seasoning packet, and melted butter
Pour 1/2 of the stuffing mixture into a 9×9-inch or 11×9-inch casserole dish
Add zucchini mixture and top with remaining Stove Top stuffing mixture
Bake at 325 degree for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and thyme.
sprinkle a few dashes of paprika

1/4 cp onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup cream of chicken, cream of mushroom soup, or cream of celery soup
1 Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
parsley
thyme
